Join us on the Trail
Iowa Bass Nation Team Trail will consist of Two Divisions:
- Lake Division and River Division!
Being mindful of expenses, each Division will be decided in a single tournament weekend, on separate yet neighboring bodies of water. Those locations just happen to be 4 of the best fisheries our state has to offer. Each day hosts a new tournament and features a different body of water with unique fishing opportunities.
We want to send as many teams to the Team Trail Championship as possible to represent Iowa. To support that goal, we need your help. Over the past five years, an average of 35-40 teams annually participated in the Team Trail. In 2023, for every 20 additional teams who participate in 2023, we will send an additional team to the Team Trail Championship.
The math looks like this:
40 teams = 2 Championship Entries ( Divisional winners only)
60 teams = 3 Championship Entries ( Divisionals +1 Wildcard)
80 teams = 4 Championship Entries ( Divisionals +2 Wildcards)
Team Trail payouts are some of the best in the state.
For Example a 30 Team payouts look like this:
1st Place = $1,900
2nd Place = 950
3rd Place = 525
4th Place = 400
5th Place = 275
6th Place = 200
Big Bass = $250 (min)
The more teams that participate, the more we can send to the Championship!
