yes there is. i think collin cook used to be president, he is on Facebook. if you are still in high school there is a high school state championship every summer and also plenty of room for anglers and co-anglers in the BASS Nation state tourney. This spring is out of clinton, ia pool 14 and fall is on pool 10

yeah the dt6 came to mind, and any crank that dives 5-8 feet should work. bandit 200 another good one, lucky craft like Darrin said (but pretty expensive ), bomber, and of course strike king. start with smaller cranks to get plenty of bites and adjust as you get used to it/confident
