**As you will see there was a tie that needed
to be broken for the final Non-Boater position.
The first Tie Breaker rule criteria was met to break this tie. Brad Rockwood had 17 live fish weighed in
over both tournaments, while Blair Gordon had 16.
Auto qualifiers were as follows:
Spring: Bill Grove and Andy Sommerfelt
Fall: Jim Sullivan and Steve Heugerich
